About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Landlo website (landlo.io) and waitlist. By joining our waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not sign up.

Landlo Ltd ("Landlo", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England (Company No. 17060116).

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest in Landlo and entitles you to receive launch notifications and information about early access. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the service or any particular launch date.

Promotional offers

From time to time, we may offer promotions to waitlist members, such as a complimentary first month of subscription. The following terms apply to all promotional offers:

• Promotional offers are provided at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to define, interpret, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without notice.
• We determine the scope, duration, eligibility criteria, and value of any promotion.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Promotions have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• We may limit promotions to one per person or household.

A promotional offer does not create a binding obligation on Landlo to deliver any specific service, feature, or benefit beyond what is described at the time the offer is made, subject to the terms above.

Not financial or tax advice

Landlo is a software tool designed to assist with Making Tax Digital record-keeping and submissions. It does not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your tax submissions and should consult a qualified professional for tax advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landlo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or waitlist. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (if any).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website or remaining on the waitlist after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
